Ryan’s Thoughts: They describe this as a medium roast, and yet it has a terrific and strong flavor. It’s full and complete in that it really would be losing something if you dilute it too much with creamer or the like. Each of the ingredients pulls its own weight and really brings a pleasant experience to the beverage as you enjoy what it brings to offer. White chocolate tends to be subtle or almost an afterthought in most coffee blends, but not here. Caramel, as well, can often be a hint or tone that feels left behind or lost in the blend when part of the mix is straight out of the bag, yet here it is noticed and appreciated. We have tried a lot of coffee from quite a few sources and this easily finds its way to the top tiers of that experience. This is easily a coffee I would keep available and drink year-round!
Krista’s Thoughts: I never really thought of white chocolate and caramel as being a flavor combination that made sense (I’m not really a white chocolate kind of girl). However, these two flavors mixed with coffee brought me a pleasant surprise! Though I’ve had white chocolate coffee before, Winter Wonderland completely surpasses them when it comes to the balance of added flavor with the coffee itself, the mellow feel of the blend, and the smoothness it has thanks to the caramel. While I don’t see myself jetting off to any of the Disney parks, cruises, or resorts just for this coffee, I’d happily pick up another bag or several from Joffrey’s Disney collection that can be found there!
In addition to Mickey and Minnie’s Winter Wonderland blend, Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Company has released a second limited-time holiday offering of Minnie Mouse Merry Mint. This blend is white chocolate and peppermint. As stated on their website, the twenty-seven Disney blends were created with the collaboration of actual Disney chefs! We feel that these blends make great gifts and stocking stuffers for any coffee-loving Disney fan!
